This legal notice is published in accordance with article 1-1 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), as worded following French law no. 2024-449 of 21 May 2024 on securing and regulating the digital space (SREN). The English translation is provided for information only; the French version is the only authoritative one.

2. Hosting

The site and the application are hosted by the following providers:

  • Website (blisterr.com): Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Telephone: +1 (650) 319-8930. Hosting of the marketing site, content delivery network (CDN), protection against denial-of-service attacks and DNS resolution.
  • API, database and application services (user data): OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €50,000,000, RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419. Telephone: +33 9 72 10 10 07.
  • Media (photos, videos, replays, PDF invoices): BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny.net), Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Contact: support@bunny.net (the provider does not publish a telephone number).
  • Temporary live servers: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Telephone: +49 9831 505-0. Each live is streamed from a server created for the occasion and destroyed when the broadcast ends; Hetzner hosts neither the API nor the users’ database.

The other providers involved in processing your data (payment, emails, delivery, etc.) are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Single point of contact (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, “DSA”). The authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, as well as users of the platform, can communicate directly with Blisterr at support@blisterr.com, in French or English. To report illegal content, use the contact form and choose the “Report illegal content” category: it is open to everyone, no account needed.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site and application (text, illustrations, photographs, logos, trademarks, design system, source code, database) is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Unless otherwise stated, this content is the exclusive property of Blisterr SAS or used under licence.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Blisterr SAS, is prohibited and constitutes infringement subject to articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trademarks, logos and visuals belonging to third-party publishers, distributors or rights holders (in particular publishers of trading card games) remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only on product pages.

5. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator, free of charge, to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute with Blisterr. Before contacting the mediator, you must first have tried to resolve the dispute directly with Blisterr, by sending a written complaint to support@blisterr.com.

For a purchase from a professional seller, mediation is handled by the mediator designated by that seller, whose details the seller must give you.
